Marketing and design staffing specialist Aquent’s permanent and search division has rebranded as a separate business called Firebrand in Europe, Asia and Australasia.
Firebrand has 10 offices in eight countries focusing entirely on permanent recruitment within online and traditional marketing, print and digital creative, digital production, communications, media, and account services.
UK leaders pale in comparison to their international counterparts in their effectiveness, according to research from the Kenexa Research Institute.
The survey of more than 29,000 employees in 21 countries found that India has the most effective leaders, while China, Russia, the US and Germany also ranked higher.

The Impellam Group has continued to see improved operating performance resulting in a fall in net debt, according to a trading update.
