Recruiter’s publisher Redactive Media Group is now employee owned

Redactive Media Group, the publisher behind Recruiter, its two awards schemes, and HOT 100 and FAST 50 listings, is now an employee-owned business.

The content and publishing agency for membership organisations is now majority owned by the Redactive Media Group Employee Ownership Trust. The announcement was made by CEO and founder Brian Grant on 9 March 2023 at a Redactive all-colleague event.

Grant explained: “Our incredibly talented people have certainty as to the future direction and identity of Redactive, and will be able to actively share in the ongoing success that they deliver. The fantastic culture, the engagement of our people and their dedication to delivering innovative and outstanding work for clients will only continue to flourish under this model. As we are now effectively member owned, we can truly demonstrate that we share the values and ideology of our superb client base – existing and prospective.”

Redactive operates from a central London base and has some 130 employees and 50 clients. As well as Recruiter, recruiter.co.uk, the Recruiter Awards and Recruiter’s Investing in Talent Awards, Redactive provides innovative multimedia content, publishing and events services, empowering membership organisations to effectively engage members and prospects.
