Greene King is investing £10m over five years in a new cloud-based HR and payroll platform, in partnership with Workday. The new Workday system will digitalise tasks like booking time off and viewing payslips, improve access to employee information and streamline processes for managers. It aims to support faster decision-making, adapt to future employment law changes and provide consistent onboarding for new staff.

Insights, a global workplace learning and development provider, has launched the Insights Discovery API, enabling organisations to embed its personality profiling directly into their own platforms. This API empowers businesses to enhance self-awareness, team communication, and personalised employee development, all integrated into existing systems. According to the company statement, the API delivers real-time personality insights, personalised growth support and improved team dynamics.

Humly acquires London-based education recruiter

Digital education recruitment platform Humly has finalised the purchase of London-based supply agency Future Education.
