NATS extends contract with Gattaca Solutions

Gattaca Solutions has signed a multi-year contract with UK air traffic control services provider NATS as its sole temporary workforce solutions partner.

Gattaca Solutions is one of the leading managed service providers of recruitment process outsourcing and total workforce solutions in the UK. The five-year partnership extension follows a competitive tender process undertaken by NATS following a review of current workforce strategy.

NATS chose Gattaca Solutions as the best partner to ensure a successful relationship between the NATS talent acquisition team and the wider talent market in the UK. The deal means that Gattaca Solutions is accountable for all contingent labour within the UK.

Terry Hall, head of indirects and FM at NATS, said that NATS has been “in partnership with Gattaca for a number of years and we are delighted to continue the relationship longer term”.

The deal will bring the partnership between Gattaca Solutions and NATS to a 13-year journey, and now includes increased strategic work focusing on delivering future strategic objectives for both businesses.

Gattaca Solutions’ role in the partnerships goes beyond recruitment provision. to include working collaboratively on voluntary activities, sustainability and ED&I strategies, and initiatives to combat talent shortages and further promote the industry to diversity of background, thought and experience. This includes becoming recent signatories of the Equal Skies Charter.

As a STEM talent specialist in the UK, a company statement says Gattaca Solutions “continues to remain perfectly placed in partnership to deliver talent along another of the Gattaca brands – Matchtech – to source and place the right technical engineering workers across the UK, wherever NATS requires”.

Matt Wragg, CEO of Gattaca, said: “We’re incredibly proud of the trust we’ve built and the service we’ve provided giving NATS a competitive advantage to find capable STEM talent through leading-edge integrated technology and our dedicated team of experts.”
