SThree transitions leadership as Patel appointed to MD in UK, France and Belgium
STEM specialist recruiter SThree has appointed Rakesh Patel (pictured) to managing director – UK, France and Belgium.
He takes over from Tom Way, who has stepped down after more than 20 years’ service at SThree and two years as MD.
Patel has also been a long-standing staff member of SThree, starting with the business as a trainee recruiter in 2003. Since then, he has held leadership roles including senior business manager with Huxley, and partner with Progressive before leading SThree’s customer success, MSP and project services business in the UK, France and Belgium.
An SThree statement says he brings a wealth of experience, a deep understanding of STEM sectors and of the markets in the UK, France and Belgium to the role of MD.
