Most recently, Way served as senior managing director for the UK, France and Belgium region at STEM recruitment group SThree, where he also sat on the executive committee. His 20-year career at SThree has included significant international leadership, notably establishing SThree’s life sciences division in the US and later overseeing its expansion across Europe.

Way succeeds Simon Winfield in the Hays role. Winfield was the UK & I CEO for two years, following five years as the UK & I MD.

Way will join the executive leadership team at Hays.
