With over 21 years of recruitment expertise from the Adecco Group, Rayner held multiple roles, including UK operations manager. During her tenure, she was responsible for a quarter of Adecco’s UK business and branch networks across the East Midlands, East of England and the South-East.

• North-West-based employment and accountancy firm Caroola Group has appointed Andrew Webster commercial director to accelerate its growth plans. With more than 20 years’ industry experience, Webster previously spent nearly five years as managing director at Workwell Enterprise and will join on 6 January 2025. He will be responsible for developing Caroola Group’s value proposition, increasing marketshare, and leading the business development team to achieve significant growth objectives.

• Heidrick & Struggles, a global leadership advisory and on-demand talent solutions provider, has appointed Nirupam Sinha chief financial officer (CFO), effective 6 January, 2025. Sinha currently serves as CFO of Checkout.com, a globally regulated payments company. He was previously global head of product at T. Rowe Price Group, and also led the wealth and asset management and corporate business functions practices at McKinsey & Company.
