Horgan is a skilled interim recruiter with more than 20 years’ experience recruiting executive and senior management positions within the education sector, mainly in the schools and academies arenas, but also in further and higher education.

His appointment comes after AQ recently announced three hires within the same education department, and highlights AQ’s continued growth in the sector.
