• Executive search firm Anderson Quigley has announced three new hires to its education business. Melanie Pye joins as senior consultant, recruiting for non-academic leadership roles. Matthew Adshead joins as an associate partner. Previously a headteacher, and former chair of the Independent Schools Association, he will advise on headteacher academic practices, and empower schools to maximise the potential of their academic leaders. Paul Aristides also joins as partner, leading and developing the firm’s education and skills offering. He has extensive experience in supporting further education colleges, training providers, national skills organisations and education charities.
