Cybersecurity recruiter LT Harper buys APT

London-headquartered cybersecurity recruitment consultancy LT Harper has acquired eDiscovery recruitment firm APT.

The majority shareholding allows LT Harper to extend its global coverage in the Asia Pacific markets, with director of APT Amit Pandit (pictured, left) relocating to Melbourne, Australia to serve the local client base.

According to a company statement, the acquisition will enable LT Harper to offer complementary services in cybersecurity and eDiscovery to clients across the UK, Europe, the Americas and APAC regions.

Pandit joins the co-founders of LT Harper, Kunjal Tanna (pictured, centre) and Justin Armstrong (pictured, right), in leading the combined business.
