mselect acquires specialist defence, space, security agency FIFE

International workforce solutions specialist mselect has announced the acquisition of FIFE, a UAE-based recruitment agency specialising in the defence, space and security sectors.

This move aims to scale mselect’s service offering and expand its footprint across the Middle East.

FIFE, founded by director Henry Le May, brings an established client portfolio comprising international defence, space and security corporations. The acquisition of FIFE adds depth to mselect’s industry coverage and strategically positions the workforce solutions specialist as a one of the fastest growing in the Middle East.

mselect will provide FIFE with extensive support infrastructure and resources, benefitting its existing client base with additional workforce services. The current FIFE team will join mselect’s recruitment side of the business, bringing their expertise and experience to enhance mselect’s service offerings further. Le May will now lead mselect’s contract and permanent recruitment business.

Hal Miran, CEO of mselect, said: “This move is part of our strategy to expand our service offerings and enter major new sectors. It’s an exciting moment for us as we close our second acquisition and take a fundamental step in our growth trajectory towards becoming a leading provider of workforce solutions in the region.”

mselect has international offices in the UAE, UK, Qatar, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Jordan.
