Former nGAGE CEO USA Bowler joins Andersen James as group CEO

Former nGAGE CEO USA Jason Bowler has joined specialist recruiter Andersen James Group as CEO.

A specialist in the UK housing, facilities management and US construction/engineering sectors, Andersen James (AJ) has also outlined ambitious plans for global expansion, with Bowler spearheading the growth strategy.

In the new structure, company founder James Leighton assumes the role of group COO.

Bowler’s impressive track record adds to the company’s expertise in its existing sectors, bolsters its recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service delivery capability, and fuels plans for geographical expansion.

Increasing its global presence throughout this year will also facilitate AJ’s development into adjacent sectors, such as renewables, infrastructure and data centres.

Upcoming initiatives will include a number of significant new hires, the imminent opening of its South of England location and an extensive office rollout programme. In the US, the company has recently established a presence in Miami and Austin, with further launches planned in Boston and Orlando later this year.

Bowler said: “I am really excited to be joining AJ at this stage of its journey. There are some incredible people in the business, and an established platform from which to build from.

“Our vision for innovation, exceptional quality, and a people-first approach sets the stage for unprecedented growth. We are now poised to catapult AJ’s reach, creating unmatched opportunities for our people and clients. The team at AJ have done incredible work growing the business to date. Now, together, we are primed to activate the next phase of growth.”
