Parkhouse Bell transitions to employee-owned company

Global executive talent research firm Parkhouse Bell has moved to a 100% employee-owned company.

The decision signifies Parkhouse Bell’s commitment to its 24-strong employee team, clients and the ongoing innovation that underscores its journey to date, the company said in a statement. The approval, led by the current owners – executive chair Sue Craven, CEO Matthew Mellor and director Kirsty Young – “marks a strategic move towards reinforcing the company’s ethos of empowerment and independence”, the company said.

Acquired by the founders five years ago, the company will experience no alterations to the company’s management framework or daily operations, all three directors are remaining with the business.

With employees across the globe, including the Americas, China, Middle East, APAC and Europe, Parkhouse Bell’s clients include BP, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Schneider Electric, Anglo American, Coca Cola Helenic Bottling and Cencora.
