Worthington joins Anderson Quigley as first ever head of marketing

Executive search firm Anderson Quigley has appointed Patrick Worthington as the company’s first head of marketing.

As Anderson Quigley’s head of marketing, a partner level role in the organisation, Worthington, who has more than a decade’s experience in professional services marketing, will focus on developing the marketing function to support further growth of the Anderson Quigley brand, as well as increasing the support and additional services the firm provides to its clients and candidates.

He joins Anderson Quigley with experience of setting up and developing marketing functions at two other executive search firms: Cadence Partners, where he was head of marketing and communications, and GatenbySanderson, where he was marketing manager.

Worthington will also continue to take part in Met Mentoring, a voluntary mentoring programme supporting the progression of marketers and the marketing community in the North of England.
