Spectre Recruitment joins the Kingdom Group

Kingdom Services Group has successfully acquired Spectre Recruitment Group.

Established in 2016, the acquired business places 1,500 colleagues each day across several sectors. It will be rebranded as Kingdom People to align with the existing Kingdom recruitment brand.

Managing director Mike Rogers, alongside his senior leadership and management team, who have steered Spectre’s recruitment business so far, will continue to be at the helm, with Rogers now becoming COO of Kingdom People.

It will be a seamless transition and business as usual for Spectre Recruitment Group’s clients and colleagues, a press statement said. With the broader capability of a group now with 10,500+ colleagues and revenues of £250m, Kingdom is able to offer a “one-stop” service to include specialist areas such as security, cleaning, recruitment and healthcare.

Kingdom Services Group’s services include security, cleaning, recruitment & healthcare with training (Kingdom Academy) underpinning all services. Kingdom’s National Support and Command Centre is situated in Merseyside.

Kingdom has a network of UK offices spanning Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, London and Belfast, alongside a significant presence in India.
