• Portsmouth-based Astute has made two new appointments to its UK team. Lillian Emeney joins as a talent specialist, recruiting candidates for the O&M Power Generation sector. Scott Bolwell joins as a talent specialist, recruiting candidates for the solar and renewable energy sector.

Additionally, Sandra Ndondole joins the business’s US branch, Astute People, as a talent specialist, recruiting candidates for the power, renewable energy and nuclear sectors across North America.

Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Jay Feinstein as a partner in its Dallas office in the healthcare and life sciences practice. His expertise focuses on health services and devices, biotech and related health fields. Previously, Feinstein was a consultant and co-lead of the US health services and digital health practices at another global search firm.
