Taylor-Weir joins Talentmark from international workforce solutions specialist NES Fircroft, where he focused on retained search for C-Suite, board and senior hires in the UK and Europe as well as covering the USA, China, India and Africa. 

Before that he was a partner at InterExec, specialists in bespoke career development for high-flying senior executives.
