STEM recruiter Gattaca consolidates its brands

STEM talent partner Gattaca has restructured and consolidated its recruitment brands.

Its brands include Barclay Meade and Alderwood, which focus on the professional services sectors; IT and telecoms specialists Networkers and Resourcing Solutions; and engineering recruitment firm Matchtech.

The restructure will see Networkers and Resourcing Solutions adopt the Matchtech brand, simplifying the process for customers to connect to skilled workers nationwide. Alderwood will align with Barclay Meade.

Commenting on the restructuring, CEO of Gattaca and Matchtech Recruitment Matthew Wragg said: “In recent years, engineering has become more closely aligned with technology creating broader opportunities. As a result, more varied roles incorporating a fusion of digital, engineering and technology proficiencies have opened, particularly within cloud computing, cybersecurity and software development, which are integral to the STEM sector.

“These skills align with our strategy to fortify our standing in the recruitment market and provide an expanded array of services to our STEM clients and candidates.

Matchtech has also launched a dedicated new website to reflect its changes.
