• Talent solutions business AMS and international banking group BNP Paribas have announced a two-year extension, which began in March 2023, to their existing partnership. Dating back to 2006, the AMS and BNP Paribas relationship is now in its 17th year and includes the delivery of an outsourced extended workforce managed service.

• Software engineering recruitment agency develop has partnered with charity Tech She Can to increase the number of women working in technology. The charity aims to inspire women and girls to study technology careers. The partnership aims to bridge the socio-economic and gender gaps faced by children in Tower Hamlets. The develop team will deliver lessons and become role models to children and young people to help fuel future talent pipelines and lessen the talent shortages that are hindering the growth of STEM industries. 

• A North-East talent and resourcing consultancy has helped find the right people to launch Northumberland’s newest tourist destination. In-house recruitment specialist Talentheads worked with Ad Gefrin Anglo-Saxon Museum and Whisky Distillery to provide recruitment services ahead of its opening in March. Since being hired to manage recruitment in May 2022, Talentheads, which is an in-house recruitment team for small and growing businesses, has so far filled over 50 roles across Ad Gefrin’s operation and continues to work in partnership with the tourist attraction.
