Retinue Solutions works with Circle Health to improve agency candidate flow

Circle Health Group (CHG) has partnered with Retinue Solutions to provide a neutral vendor agency solution.

Retinue Solutions will manage CHG’s entire agency contingent workforce through a curated and managed supply chain using Retinue-Bridge, Retinue’s proprietary vendor management system (VMS).

An experienced account management team will collaborate with CHG to reduce operational administration on hospital staff, and adopt a streamlined and cost-efficient approach to agency workforce management, a statement from Retinue said.

Specialist agencies will be curated by job category and region based on capability and performance, improving candidate flow to CHG’s hospitals.

Access to Retinue’s cloud-based software will enable live visibility of all shift bookings, placements, and requirements. Incorporated into the system are built-in tracking and monitoring.

CHG is an independent provider of hospital services in the UK, with 56 hospital sites, more than 2,000 beds and 150 theatres. More than 6,500 specialists work in its hospitals, which handle more than 2m patient visits per year.

Retinue Solutions is a specialist talent acquisition provider with over 10 years of experience working in sectors with skill-short and high compliance requirements.
