APPOINTMENTS: 6-10 FEBRUARY 2023

Foyne Jones, executive recruitment agency specialising in the KBB [kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms], builders merchant & construction supplies sector, has promoted Holly Spring to brand director. In her ninth year at Foyne Jones, Spring has worked her way up from KBB recruitment specialist in 2015, associate director in 2017 and now brand director. In addition to her day-to-day recruitment responsibilities, she will project lead on all aspects of the marketing with responsibility for rebranding the website to showcasing success stories for candidates and clients.

• Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm Instant Impact has appointed Pete Donaldson as its new chief growth officer. Donaldson will support Instant Impact to continue its rapid growth journey, introducing new solutions and new geographies in 2023 and beyond. He has over two decades of leadership experience from both the military and managing revenue organisations for industry businesses and, most recently, has headed growth in EMEA and the Americas at Resource Solutions.

• HR, reward and payroll recruitment firm Oakleaf Group has announced eight new hires in the UK and US. In the UK, Rebecca Lang and Zenobia McIntyre join as manager and senior consultant in the professional services team, and Frankie Glarvey joins the growing Manchester office as senior consultant.

In the US, Faye Tracey rejoins the recruiter after five years working on the West Coast recruiting people and talent roles. Alyssa Goodwin joins from a multinational recruiter and will be supporting the growth of Oakleaf’s commerce offering in the New York and Tri-State areas. Matilda Roskell will be supporting its existing team in the financial, fintech and professional services markets.

Finally, Oakleaf TCT, the group’s technology, change and transformation arm has hired Max Driscoll and Mitch Berryman as sales manager and consultant respectively.

Primis Talent has promoted Ruby Ufton to senior consultant in Birmingham. Ufton joined the technology recruitment specialist less than a year ago.

tml Partners has appointed Carlie Walker to lead its global Sports and Entertainment practice. With more than 15 years’ experience, Walker has led from across sports and entertainment marketing recruitment, partnering with agencies, federations, national governing bodies and global brands. Her expertise focuses on chief marketing officer appointments and senior positions across marketing and digital, partnerships and commercial. Carlie joins tml’s senior leadership team and will also play a central role as a member of their specialist EDI Committee.

Natalia Gliorsi joins the privately-owned real estate group Topland as company secretary and head of human resources. She previously worked at private credit specialists ADM Capital and brings specialist experience in commercial litigation, compliance and corporate affairs. Gliorsi will lead Topland’s HR department where she will advise on recruitment and resourcing strategy for the business as it targets future growth.
