• AMS, a global provider of talent acquisition outsourcing and advisory services, has acquired 100% of the share capital in HirePower, a Canadian provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). The acquisition will support a platform to create a digital and technology sourcing and hiring centre of excellence in Canada, supporting North American and global clients. HirePower was founded in 1992 in Toronto and holds an established position in the Canadian market.
