Amerit Consulting, a US service-disabled veteran owned national staffing organisation, has appointed Jordan Schultheis as its national account executive. Schultheis’s background in business development provides over 10 years of experience to Amerit with a focus on client solutions and account management. He will be providing strategic staffing, payroll service and consulting solutions to clients with varying backgrounds and organisational goals.

• Aberdeen-based recruitment agency Cammach Bryant has appointed Drew Alexander as business manager. Alexander joins with more than 20 years’ recruitment industry experience and will oversee the entire business operation. Cara Hughes also joins Alexander as a senior recruitment specialist who brings a wealth of industry knowledge and supports a wide variety of clients and contractors.

• Recruitment giant ManpowerGroup has announced that Muriel Pénicaud has been elected to the company's board of directors, effective 12 December 2022. Before her public service as France’s minister for labour, Pénicaud was CEO of Business France and senior executive vice president of Danone Group, in charge of HR and part of the executive committee.

• Recruitment firm Populus Select has appointed James Smith as associate director. Smith joins with a research-focused background and has placed engineering candidates in specialist firms in the UK, Middle East, Asia and the US. He will build client recruitment frameworks to ensure a smooth project delivery and support the continued expansion of the firm’s client base.
