• Recruitment agency Connect Appointments has launched its new job search app for jobseekers across Edinburgh and the Lothians. The free Connect Livingston App sends job opportunities directly to mobile devices, which it says takes the stress out of the job search.

• Technology staffing specialist Primis has moved to a new office in Birmingham. The office, located on Temple Row and close to New Street station, will accommodate the firm’s growth plans. It features various meeting rooms for clients to hire, a rooftop terrace and bar.
