Molén brings 15 years of experience in executive search and assessment to the recruiter, and has advised both privately held and publicly listed businesses on their global, regional and local talent needs at the board, C-suite and vice president-level.

Before joining Kingsley Gate, he held the position of principal at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was a core member of their Global Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. His primary focus included senior level placements, succession planning and organisational strategy in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare services and healthtech sectors. Previously, he spent six years with Egon Zehnder in their Health and Technology practices, based in London and Copenhagen.

Molén is a Swedish national, fluent in English and Scandinavian languages, and based in London.
