• Executive search firm MM Search has appointed Natalie Reid as business delivery executive in Scotland. Reid graduated in business management at the University of Glasgow. She is the fourth graduate to join the search firm’s trainee programme.

In her new role she will split her time between Sky’s Derby office and its East Midlands Distribution Centre base, facilitating a link between jobseekers and companies across the East Midlands.
