• International recruitment company Oliver James has opened its second Belgium office in Antwerp. The office is the group’s first engineering division, which will be led by Caroline Devers. Devers will cover permanent and interim appointments across the engineering lifecycle, focusing on the construction, engineering, (petro)chemical and life sciences industries.
