Oakleaf Partnership launches new TCT business with Jones at the helm

Specialist HR, reward and payroll recruitment and executive search business Oakleaf Partnership is continuing its growth plans with the launch of Oakleaf Technology, Change and Transformation (TCT).

Chris Jones (pictured) joins as managing director for the new business, a company statement said. Jones takes responsibility for establishing and driving the growth of this new venture, leading a team focused on sourcing and delivering diverse talent specific to TCT agendas across multiple industry sectors in the UK and across EMEA.

Jones has 11 years’ experience in recruiting and building teams in the technology, digital and data space from inception, adding a change and transformation specialism to this partnership.

This latest launch follows the initiation earlier this year of US venture Oakleaf Total Rewards.
