Petroplan appoints Honeyman Brown CEO to lead global business

Specialist energy talent acquisition group Petroplan has appointed Christopher Honeyman Brown (pictured) as CEO to lead the group’s global operations.

Honeyman Brown’s appointment signals a new era for Petroplan, a company statement said.

Before becoming CEO, he was appointed as non-executive director of Petroplan Holdings in 2018. 

Honeyman Brown’s breadth of experience spans 50 years including his role as CEO for law firm Alsop Wilkinson, which during his tenure later became DLA Piper following a successful merger with Dibb Lupton Broomhead.

He was then CEO of asb law, and appointed chairman of publishers Hennik Group in 2015 all while serving as a Governor for Stowe School from 1993 to 2016, the last nine years as chairman. During his career, he has supported numerous organisations as both an adviser and executive with a focus on improving business performance.
