“This is a key strategic role that will be central to BIE’s ongoing expansion,” a company statement said.

Knight joined BIE in June 2021 as interim CFO after 10 years as CFO at executive search and talent specialists Leathwaite. 

Rob Walker, CEO at BIE, said: “We are delighted to welcome Rob onboard as a permanent member of the BIE leadership team. This appointment comes at an exciting and important time for us at BIE as we bring talented new people into the business and develop systems and streamline processes in line with business growth.” 

Knight said he looked forward to being part of the senior leadership team to deliver the business’ future growth plans.
