Broughton launches Primis in the UK and US

Ben Broughton, former managing director of Premier Recruitment, has launched Primis, a new technology recruitment firm.

Operating in the UK and US, Primis aims to improve the diversity & inclusion landscape within the technology sector.

Broughton’s operation includes a training team with experience from The Royal Household, The Bank of England and Grant Thornton. 

Also joining Broughton at Primis are Steve Wynne, founder of Kingsbridge, as non-executive chairman; other non-executives include Faisel Choudry; Kim Gray, head of D&I at NTT DATA; and James Mainard, who has led the design, development and market deployment of cutting-edge technology solutions in aerospace, entertainment, automotive, insurance and beauty sectors.
