Snow joined the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) specialist team this week.

Snow previously worked for competitor firm Resource Solutions, starting as a project consultant and closing his 19-year career there as global director of business transformation. He held the position of interim programme director at Impellam between leaving Resource Solutions and taking on his new role.

A company statement said Snow’s goals will be to “place a deep emphasis on service adoption, supplier partnerships and client experience while ensuring a […] focus on evolving implementation and delivery service in line with changing technology and market trends”. 

Snow has implemented solutions globally for clients such as HSBC, Barclays, EY and Deutsche Bank. He has also managed ‘centre of excellence’ teams including projects & implementation, process optimisation, transition management and supply chains, the statement said.

Page Outsourcing is the fourth and latest brand in PageGroup, and is staffed in the US, Asia-Pacific, EMEA, UK and Latin America.
