In the newly-created role, Williams will focus on supporting the dedicated practice areas to strengthen internal operational processes, expand new vertical markets, contribute to strategic initiatives and work with the executive leadership team to establish and achieve new milestones.

Williams has previously worked in leadership positions, with four of those at director level within the life sciences staffing industry.
