Louis Hayes-Herbert has become director of Greystone Contract, a newly-created division of recruitment company Greystone, via Greystone’s subsidiary equity business partnership option.

Through the equity partnership model, recruitment entrepreneurs can either buy in or agree revenue milestones, which, as the business grows, will unlock further equity stake. As an equity business partner, Hayes-Herbert has the backing of Greystone’s directors, the Greystone brand plus access to Greystone’s marketing tools and resources to push Greystone Contract forward.
