ersg appoints Liffen UK head of permanent recruitment

Energy recruiter ersg has appointed Paul Liffen as the new UK head of permanent recruitment.

Based in Bromley in Kent, Liffen will work alongside the company’s bids team and business managers. The company plans to verticalize the permanent division in line with the contracts division of the Wind & Renewables recruiter. 

Liffen has previously focused on the recruitment of mid-level to senior personnel across the Infrastructure and Construction market sectors in the UK, Europe and MEDA regions, most recently at recruitment specialist Barker Ross. He also has extensive management experience.
