Salway’s career has included roles at executive search firm Attenti and recruiter Eden Brown (now part of nGAGE). She has served as a non-executive director at CloudWorkz since early this year and at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation since 2017. 

Joining Jump as a director, Salway will extend the consultancy’s services to include strategic HR consulting, complementing its existing offerings in leadership and development, marketing and business growth consulting.
