APPOINTMENTS: 16-20 NOVEMBER 2020

• Technology, finance and engineering recruiter Cooper Lomaz is strengthening its finance and accounting team with the appointment of experienced hire Kate Edwards, who joins from Hays. She will place mid to senior finance and accounting professionals for Cooper Lomaz across the Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and Essex areas.

Eames Consulting Group has promoted Ruth Foster to chief people officer. Having joined Eames in 2010 as a principal consultant, her most recent role was director of HR and operations before being appointed as a board member in July 2020.

New Street Consulting Group, a leadership and people solutions consultancy, has appointed Julia Litchfield as a director to help grow the leadership consulting division of the business. Litchfield joins from professional services firm Aon, where she was the global head of talent for Aon’s Risk business.

• Executive search and leadership consultancy firm The Good Board has made five new appointments, including three at director level. Jo Sands joins as director of interim and executive search; Lexie Sims is the new director of search and diversity, equity and inclusion; and Veronica Linares joins as director of leadership development.

Also joining the team is Shivani Patel, research manager, who will also manage the not-for-profit mentoring scheme, The Good Mentor, and Sian Gatenby, who joins the team as project manager, leading the launch of the ‘What is a Good Board’ podcast.

• London-based recruiter Tiger Recruitment has launched a new HR division and appointed Aseel Ibrahim to head up the business. Under Aseel’s direction, the new division will focus on senior HR positions, in areas including HR management, diversity & inclusion, learning and development, wellbeing and employee experience. Tiger Business Support will continue to recruit entry level and administrative HR roles.
