PRS works with Outplacement Services to support employees through redundancies

Property and built environment recruitment specialist PRS has announced a joint venture with Outplacement Services to offer support for businesses helping employees transition through redundancy.

As well as helping employees prepare to re-enter the job market through tailored advice and guidance, the joint venture works closely with employers to help them deliver one-to-one consultations, proactively promote candidates, and establish connections with recruitment and personal finance experts.

Director at PRS, Richard Snarey, said outplacement was so much more than just helping people create a new CV, “which is why we teamed up with a business dedicated to providing outgoing employees with the precise support and advice they need to navigate this time”.

He added: “Outplacement Services were our partner of choice due to their highly tailored approach that strikes the ideal balance between professional and personal, complementing the PRS client and candidate methodology perfectly.”
