Pluck takes over from Kermode as CEO at FCSA

Phil Pluck (pictured) has this week been appointed CEO of the Freelancers and Contractors Services Association.

He succeeds Julia Kermode, who held the CEO’s role for more than six years, the FCSA announced.

The FCSA is a membership organisation for compliant professional employment services companies, such as umbrella companies.

Pluck joins the FCSA from the CEO’s role at the Glass and Glazing Federation and its commercial companies as well as the MD’s role at the Royal Town Planning Institute. He has also been a director of the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas).
