IR35 review won’t deliver meaningful change say industry experts

Industry experts aren’t hopeful the government’s review into the implementation of off-payroll rules into the private sector will deliver any meaningful change.

Their concerns were raised as HM Revenue & Customs yesterday published draft secondary legislation of the off-payroll rules for technical comment.
