Opening to the public on 12 June 2019, the experience provider is on the hunt for enthusiastic instructors and customer support staff who enjoy working outdoors, and have a genuine love of interacting with people. 

The new recruits will be involved in delivering all aspects of the customer journey from welcome and check in, through to safety briefing, kit-up, and clipping on and off the zip wire.

High-rope qualifications and previous experience are not essential as instructors will be given six days of intensive training in site-specific operational skills.
