FINANCIALS: RTC Group reveals strong growth in revenue

Engineering and technical recruiter RTC Group has seen group revenue climb 22% year-on-year, according to audited results for the year to 31 December 2018.

The results reveal group revenue increased from £71.7m to £87.8m, with all three of its recruitment divisions contributing to the increase in group revenue, while profit before tax was up 58% from £1.2m to £1.9m.

Commenting on the group’s performance, CEO Andy Pendlebury said: “I am delighted to report another successful year of growth for the Group with all key financial comparators showing significant progress. 

“Group revenue has increased for the 10th successive year and since we outlined our long-term growth plan in 2014 we have delivered EBITDA [earnings before interest tax, depreciation and amortisation] growth of 80%, EPS [earnings per share] growth of 72% and dividend growth of over 150% to our shareholders.”
