CONTRACTS & DEALS: 8-11 MAY 2018

This week’s contracts include: Driver Hire, JSA Services, OakNorth, Talent Works International, The Curve Group, TritonExec

• Recruitment and HR outsourcing company The Curve Group has agreed a contract with Gatehouse Bank to provide an HR outsourced solution for the next three years. 

Gatehouse bank is an ethical, UK-based challenger bank, with offices in London and Milton Keynes, and has plans to extend its portfolio further in the near future.

• Recruitment franchise Driver Hire has completed the re-sale of two of its Southern region franchises – Luton and Twickenham.

The new owners of Driver Hire Twickenham are Sonny and Avi Samra. Before joining the Driver Hire network Sonny worked in a management role for the Home Office, while Avi was a primary school teacher.

Meanwhile at Luton, the new owner is Charanpreet Singh Parhar, who previously worked in customer services for convenience finance business Paypoint Network.

• Investment holding company Universal Partners has taken a strategic stake in professional employment organisation JSA Services. Over the last five years, JSA has grown primarily through acquisition and serves around 10,000 customers, operating through two brands: JSA Services and Clever Accounts.

OakNorth, specialists in structured lending solutions to growth businesses, has lent an undisclosed amount in debt finance to TritonExec, a provider of executive search and talent advisory services, to fund its expansion in the US.

• Recruitment technology provider Talent Works International has agreed a 12-month contract for Amadeus IT Group, a provider of advanced technology solutions for the global travel industry. The contract is for the development and activation of attraction campaigns and direct sourcing activities across the technology platforms & engineering (TPE) business of Amadeus.

TritonExec, which is focused on technology, private equity and professional services, is looking to increase its headcount in the US from the current six to 25 over the next year. The business will also use the finance from OakNorth, known as the bank for entrepreneurs, to invest in marketing and technology, and support general operating expenses.
