According to data from job board Jobsite, this past Monday (15 January) saw thousands of UK job hunters start searching for new jobs online, with the site experiencing 35% more job applications and 30% more visits to its website on that day, compared to the average daily rates seen in January so far.

Maybe pencil in Monday 14 January 2019 in your diary to contact those passive candidates!
