APPOINTMENTS: 13-17 NOVEMBER 2017

• Recruitment giant Hays has announced the departures of Pippa Wicks and Paul Harrison, who retired as non-executive directors at the end of its annual general meeting held on 15 November 2017.

• Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles welcomes Dominque Hansen, based in Toronto, as new head of investment management in the Americas, and Renee Neri in New York as new head of asset management for the Americas.

• Banking giant HSBC welcomes Aaron Boland and Craig Parrett as relationship directors within its recruitment sector team.

• North-East headquartered NRG has appointed Leanne Chamber and James Carss as clients solutions director and group business development director respectively. Joining the duo on the board this January [2018] is Mark Smales as finance director.

• Global IT and financial services recruiter Opus Recruitment Solutions welcomes Olly Henshall as a senior consultant in Bristol focusing on cyber security appointments.

• Recruitment investment provider The Recruit Venture Group (TRVG) has appointed Mike Watts as support director. Watts’ role will see him support managing director Paul Mizen and its management team in moving the group forward.

• Global executive search firm ZRG Partners has appointed Melissa Oszustowicz as managing director in Minneapolis.
