Capita appoints Lewis as CEO

Business process outsourcing and professional services company Capita has appointed Jonathan Lewis as its new CEO.

Lewis’ most recent role was CEO of British multinational consultancy, engineering and project management firm Amec Foster Wheeler until its acquisition by John Wood Group.

Group finance director Nick Greatorex continues in his role at the business outsourcing provider as interim CEO until the end of November ahead of Lewis taking up his position on 1 December. Greatorex took the interim CEO position following Andy Parker’s exit from the business on 15 September.
