Staff needed for Marco Pierre White’s first restaurant in Wales

A new hotel in Cardiff, featuring celebrity star chef Marco Pierre White’s first restaurant in Wales, is to host a recruitment day this Wednesday.
Wales Online reports the new Hotel Indigo Cardiff containing Marco Pierre White’s rooftop restaurant is recruiting for a range of front of house and restaurant roles at all levels ahead of its opening this September.
The hotel and White's restaurant will employ around 50 people in total. The open day will take place at Tramshed Tech close to the centre of Cardiff in Grangetown between 10am and 4pm.
