FINANCIALS: Staffline reports it is on track to ‘burst a billion’

Staffing and employability organisation Staffline has reported it is trading in line with expectations and remains on track to ‘burst a billion’ this year.

According to a trading update for the six months to 30 June 2017, released this morning, the group reported that its staffing division continued to perform well, with “strong” demand from new and existing clients despite the UK’s June 2016 vote to leave the European Union, while the group’s number of OnSites is also on the rise.

Within the group’s employability, training and skills division PeoplePlus, the group reports it is seeing the benefits of a 2016 reorganisation of that division, while the group’s new business pipeline remains strong, with the group continuing to bid for and win new contracts.

As a result of all of this, Staffline says its current trading is in line with market expectations and remains confident the group can “burst the billion” £1bn revenue this year.

June 2017 interim results will be announced on Wednesday 26 July 2017.
