Key changes for Boyden UK as Robeson returns

Nick Robeson has returned to Boyden after almost a decade away from the global leadership and talent advisory firm.

His appointment is one of three major hires within Boyden’s UK leadership team and follows its UK team, currently operating under the Boyden brand, leaving to operate as an independent executive search and interim management business under its own name.

Boyden says that it will continue to serve UK clients, through its new team of executive search and interim management partners.

This new team includes:

Robeson (pictured), who returns to Boyden UK as a managing partner, having previously been with the firm from 2000 to 2008. Robeson led a management buyout, with that company rebranded as Alium Partners in 2008 and was most recently CEO and founder of interim management firm Hemming Robeson.

Lisa Farmer, who joins Boyden UK as a managing partner and was, most recently, partner of Hemming Robeson, which she co-founded and was responsible for the head of function and board practices.

• New Boyden UK advisory chairman Alastair Da Costa, previously an advisory chairman to boutique executive search firm Warren Partners.
