White was most recently managing director of human capital management firm Penna Consulting’s career transition business, as well as executive board member of its parent company before its acquisition by recruitment giant Adecco last year.

She is also president of the Association of Career Firms both in the UK chapter and for the European Board of the association and helped launch global career transition and outplacement provider Career Star Group, chairing its board for almost five years.
